Free Shipping on all US orders over $40

Your special delivery will be processed within two to four business days from order. All orders are shipped via USPS. Tegan & Ollie is not responsible for any of the postal system’s possible delays, mishaps, damages, or theft.

If you should find an address error please contact us so we can make sure your information is correct before it leaves our warehouse. Once the package ships it is no longer under our control and no longer our responsibility.

International orders:

All orders are shipped via USPS and cannot be tracked once they leave the US postal system.  

It can take from 2 to 8 weeks for a package to arrive outside the United States, but each country varies. Any possible fees imposed such as customs or taxes is the customer’s responsibility.

All international orders are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
